The Board formulates strategy and monitors the operating and financial performance of the company. It operates in accordance with a written schedule of matters reserved to the Board, a copy of which is available upon request. This schedule is backed by clearly defined written limits of delegated authority across the company. Key Matters reserved to the board include Authorisation of significant transactions; Internal controls and risk management; Remuneration; Treasury policy and significant fundraising; and Appointment/Removal of Directors and Company Secretary;

The desired outcome is to develop viable and bankable projects thus achieve commercial and financial close in line with associated condition precedents, equity and debt project financing to cover capital and operational expenditure. The outcome is underpinned by our firm's desire to generate long term competitive financial returns on investment, enough to cover its cost of capital, profitably grow its operation, generate enough cash to meet obligations and pursue opportunities, thereby leading to positive societal-impact.
